I'm Learning More About The Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind as I'm currently learning is very powerful. I am coming to the understanding that big life's decisions are better left to be handled by the subconscious mind as it is well suited and has a better and stronger neural network to handle such activities.

Wow.

Do you understand the implication of this?

I read about some research on the subconscious mind and according to the research, subjects who had a long walk in nature after being exposed to a challenge had a higher capacity and actually performed better at high value and important tasks later on than subjects who did not.

WHAT IS THE IMPLICATION OF THIS

Here are what I will do from now on:

I will research more about how to train my subconscious mind. I will work more on it. I will hand over more problems to my subconscious mind and I will trust that I will figure it out.

I will spend more time on relaxation and meditation. I will avoid stress and mental bogging. I will set more goals and give more difficult problems and challenges to myself in order to become a more valuable individual.

Before we leave, let me leave you with this quote by Napoleon Hill:
